Cutterheads are manually configured on the planer by qualified timber machinists to produce a wide range of profiles
Cutterheads hold the profile knives and spin at 9000 RPM on the planer, there position on the planer are manually set to produce desired size and shape of each profile
Different combinations of knives are configured into cutterheads to create our range profiles

s sent through the extraction system and filtered through bags to exhaust only clean air and then the sawdust is sent through the system into containers where it is then sent to chicken farms, used in animal enclosures or burnt for fuel
